E. Patrick Jenevein III – President
Patrick Jenevein entered the energy sector in 1986 when he founded The Nolan Group, the general partner of Tang Energy Group, to build a business developing, installing, and operating natural gas processing and gathering facilities, and developing oil and gas reserves. The Nolan Group currently provides managerial, technical, and financial expertise and services to various asset-holding companies, including Tang Energy Group. Mr. Jenevein also co-developed an 80MW, gas-fired, co-generation plant in Wichita Falls, Texas. Mr. Jenevein chairs Tang's Board of Directors and has led Tang's growth since its founding. Mr. Jenevein's extensive experience in the clean energy business in China and the U.S. uniquely position Tang to benefit from the growing business of energy diversification and wise stewardship of the environment.

Dr. Yih-Min Jan – Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Yih-Min Jan has served as General Manager of Tang Energy Group since 1995 and is based in Beijing, China. Dr. Jan knows and understands China and Chinese culture. Born and raised in Taiwan, he came to the United States over 20 years ago and earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Houston. He held positions at Schlumberger and in ARCO's down-hole research and production application groups. In 1993, Dr. Jan founded Tritech Technologies, Inc. to sell oilfield production equipment and microbial enhanced oil recovery products and services to CNPC Beijing and numerous CNPC divisions in China. He introduced E. Patrick Jenevein III to the opportunities and relationships that he established in China after earning the trust and respect of Chinese energy companies. Dr. Jan serves on Tang's Board of Directors.

Mike Carter – Chief Financial Officer
Mike Carter is an entrepreneur who has focused on founding, building, and selling companies for more than 20 years. A graduate of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a CPA who began his career at Arthur Andersen, he has extensive experience in finance and management. From public accounting, Carter helped found Network Multifamily Security, Inc, a home security company. His role in securing lines of credit from Citicorp and others ultimately led to Network’s sale through an IPO. Carter remained in the multi-family security industry with the founding of Advanced Protection Systems, Inc. APS grew into the second largest company in its industry with operations in 27 states and over 380 employees. APS sold to Centex Corporation, a Fortune 200 company. Prior to joining Tang Energy Group, Carter was a consultant providing litigation support and valuation services to large corporate clients.

Charmaine Keys - Treasurer and Secretary
Charmaine Keys, CPA, serves as Tang's treasurer and secretary and ensures the company's financial accountability. Keys holds business units, projects and employees, including our Chinese employees, to rigorous reporting standards. Holding Controller, Accounting Manager and Director of Finance positions for 20 years, her experience covers a broad range of businesses, including oil and gas production and exploration, retail, banking and trust services and transportation services. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and attained her CPA designation in 1986.

Cao Huimin - Project Engineer
Cao Huimin joined Tang in 2007 as a wind project engineer. Ms. Cao brings to Tang experience in wind resource evaluation, wind farm design, wind turbine design and installation, control system design, wind farm economic analysis, and wind farm performance and maintenance. She received her Bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from ZhanJiang Ocean University and Master's degree in Environmental Technology from Northwest Polytechnical University in China. She has also spent time in Germany working closely with several wind turbine manufacturers and is fluent in Chinese, English and German.

Paul Thompson - General Manager
Paul Thompson, the General Manager of Soaring Wind Energy, has been actively engaged in the wind power industry in recent years.  Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Thompson served as the Managing Director of the Electric Utilities in Vero Beach, Florida and Lubbock, Texas.  Prior to that, Mr. Thompson was employed by General Electric as the Manager of International Turnkey Project Sales.  During his tenure with GE, he was responsible for the engineering, procurement, and construction of international power projects.  He successfully negotiated contracts for GE manufactured power generation equipment in Tanzania, Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Argentina.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
