Wind Turbine Blades

Tang Energy co-founded HT Blade, China's largest wind turbine blade manufacturer and the second largest 'pure-play' rotor blade manufacturer in the world. HT Blade's position as a leading rotor blade manufacturer positions the company to take advantage of the continuous growth in the wind power sector in China and throughout the world. HT Blade is located in Baoding, Hebei Province.

The Baoding Joint Venture was established in January 2001 by Baoding Huiyang Aviation Propeller Factory, China Aviation Gas-Turbine Power (Group) Corporation, and Tang Energy Group. HT Blade produced over 3750 blades in 2006,over 5100 in 2007, over 6200 in 2008, and continues to increase production every year. HT blades were initially installed at wind energy sites throughout China, then exported to Pakistan, Russia, Chile, Cuba and Thailand. Beginning in 2007, Tang facilitated HT Blade export to the United States.
